Request a secure reset link

An authorized administrator must verify your identity before generating the link.

1. 1Staff accountContact your Organization Administrator. They can generate an audited reset link from Staff Management.
2. 2Organization Administrator accountContact the System Administrator. They can generate the reset link from Organization Administrators.
3. 3Complete recoveryOpen the shared link, choose a new password, and sign in. The link expires and can be used only once.

Do not ask an administrator to set or disclose a password. Only accept the secure reset link.
